Role & Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper and demonstrating products with excellence
- Apply the Dior D.I.O.R. selling ceremony throughout the entire client journey, initiating contact and proactively engaging with prospects
- Identify client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and propose complementary products to develop cross-selling opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with clients through authentic, personalized interactions and recruit new clients
- Capture and update client data in CRM systems; execute clienteling actions using Dior Connect and iPOS
- Ensure merchandising guidelines are applied consistently, monitor stock levels, and maintain visual excellence of the counter
- Achieve sales targets and monthly KPIs while maintaining high service standards and respecting company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service
- Fluent in French with good knowledge of English
- Strong sales and customer service skills with proven ability to achieve targets
- Beauty and make-up expertise with product knowledge and storytelling capability
- Basic CRM and digital tools knowledge
- Flexibility to work weekends and variable hours
