Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product consultation and sales across fragrances, skincare, and makeup; schedule client appointments
- Execute D.I.O.R. sales methodology and adhere to Dior merchandising guidelines
- Implement CRM and clienteling initiatives using Dior Connect application
- Serve as guardian of brand excellence on the counter, maintaining grooming standards, team presentation, and exceptional customer experience
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports; analyze revenue trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple point-of-sale locations
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and accountability for sales budget achievement
- Execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations
- Establish activity schedules, optimize inventory management, enforce procedural compliance (product orders, counter inventory), and oversee cash register operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in sales or advisory within premium retail or luxury sectors
- Advanced proficiency in makeup, skincare, and fragrance product knowledge across all three categories
- Fluent in French with strong English or German language skills
- Deep understanding of Dior's brand philosophy and high-end retail environment
- Demonstrated mastery of cross-functional competencies: collaboration and teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, learning agility, integrity, analytical thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset
