Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients and sell fragrance, skincare, and makeup products while delivering personalized experiences aligned with Dior service standards
- Schedule, prepare, and follow up on client appointments to build lasting relationships
- Apply the D.I.O.R. sales methodology and implement merchandising directives to maximize counter presentation and appeal
- Actively engage in CRM and clienteling initiatives using Dior Connect to develop and retain a personal client portfolio
- Embody the Maison's standards of excellence through impeccable presentation, strict adherence to grooming codes, and exemplary service delivery
- Contribute to individual and collective sales targets, KPIs, and commercial objectives
- Participate in the planning, execution, and promotion of in-store events, animations, and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain counter cleanliness, inventory management, stock ordering, and conduct regular stocktakes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in retail sales or beauty consulting
- Deep product knowledge across fragrance, skincare, and makeup categories
- Proficiency in French (fluent) and intermediate English or German
- Strong understanding of luxury retail environment and high-end consumer behavior
- Demonstrated passion for beauty products and the Dior brand heritage
