Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper and introducing customers to Dior products using the brand D.I.O.R. method
- Identify and understand clients' beauty needs, proposing personalized product offers with complementary cross-category suggestions
- Educate clients passionately on Dior brand heritage, product benefits, and ingredients, ensuring a memorable experience throughout the sales process
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter key performance indicators on a monthly basis
- Develop and maintain durable client relationships through genuine human interaction, registering client data in the CRM system and executing clienteling activities
- Leverage Dior digital platforms (Dior Connect & Ipos) to drive traffic, develop client loyalty, and execute targeted actions
- Monitor merchandising guidelines compliance, stock levels, and shelf displays, reporting inventory discrepancies promptly
- Operate cash registers, close daily revenues, and execute administrative tasks whilst maintaining Dior grooming standards and corporate policies
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in retail or luxury service sectors
- Demonstrated track record of achieving strong retail sales results within a luxury retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
- Adaptability and critical thinking in a fast-paced retail environment

Experience
1–2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, preferably within luxury retail environments, though entry-level candidates demonstrating strong customer service aptitude and passion for beauty are encouraged to apply.
