Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper and applying the D.I.O.R. method to guide clients through the complete sales process
• Initiate contact with customers, welcome them at the counter, and create memorable experiences through traffic-stopping interactions
• Identify and understand clients' needs, propose personalized product offerings, and communicate passionately about the Dior brand and its products
• Develop and maintain durable relationships with existing clients while engaging new customers through genuine human interaction
• Register client data in the CRM system and leverage Dior Connect and iPOS tools to drive traffic, develop loyalty, and execute clienteling activities
• Achieve retail sales targets on both in-store and remote channels and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis
• Master and communicate brand, category, and competitive knowledge to educate clients on Dior's offerings and positioning
• Monitor stock levels, report insufficiencies, and maintain appropriate merchandising standards in accordance with Dior guidelines
• Operate point-of-sale systems and complete daily revenue reconciliation as applicable
• Maintain professional relationships with retail partners and adhere to corporate, counter, and Dior grooming standards

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in retail or the service industry, preferably within a luxury environment
• Demonstrated excellence in achieving retail sales results within a luxury retail setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
• Critical thinking and strategic thinking capabilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence

Skills

Experience

1–2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, preferably in luxury retail. Entry-level candidates with demonstrated passion for the luxury beauty sector and strong interpersonal capabilities are also considered.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; further education in hospitality, customer service, or retail management is advantageous but not required.
