Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute in-store and online sales activities, applying the D.I.O.R. brand methodology to meet customer needs and deliver memorable experiences
  • Demonstrate exceptional service standards and attention to detail when interacting with clients at the counter
  • Identify and understand customer needs, recommending personalized products across categories and providing comprehensive beauty solutions
  • Communicate brand values and product benefits with enthusiasm and passion
  • Achieve individual retail sales targets (in-store and online) and contribute monthly to store KPIs
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of brand, product categories, and competitive offerings
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with existing customers in-store and remotely
  • Actively recruit new customers while increasing repeat visit rates and client loyalty
  • Register customer data in dedicated systems and execute all CRM and client engagement activities
  • Leverage Dior tools and content to drive foot traffic, cultivate customer loyalty, and execute targeted client initiatives
  • Monitor inventory levels daily, report issues to counter management, and ensure adequate stock levels
  • Maintain merchandise displays and replenish shelves with new products as needed
  • Execute point-of-sale operations and reconcile daily revenue
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, SOPs, and employee codes of conduct
  • Demonstrate proficiency with sales and operational technology systems

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent; graduation from a beauty academy is preferred
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in retail and service sectors, with luxury goods sector experience preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail environments
  • Excellent sales skills, with luxury sector experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent Mandarin Chinese required; English communication ability required for larger boutiques
