Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for the Dior brand, promoting its values with enthusiasm.

  • Identify and respond to customer needs with personalized product recommendations.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Manage customer data and execute CRM activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure product displays are well-stocked.
  • Perform cash register operations and daily revenue reconciliation.
  • Comply with all company policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, preferably in luxury.
  • Proven track record in luxury retail environments.

Skills

Excellent sales and communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English for large stores. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail or service industries, with a preference for luxury sector experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
