Christian Dior Beauty Consultant (80% part-time) in Fribourg, Switzerland. Fragrance, skincare & makeup sales expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clientele across fragrance, skincare, and makeup product lines; schedule personalized client consultations
- Execute the D.I.O.R. sales methodology and maintain adherence to Dior merchandising guidelines
- Implement CRM and clienteling strategies through the Dior Connect application to foster lasting client relationships
- Serve as custodian of Dior's excellence on the retail counter through consistent grooming standards, team presentation, and exemplary client experience
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analyze revenue trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple sales points
- Achieve sales budget targets and maintain highest operational standards
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations
- Schedule activities, optimize inventory management, ensure compliance with operational procedures, and oversee point-of-sale cash management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in sales, client advisory, or luxury beauty retail
- Proficiency in French (required); proficiency in English or German (required)
- Deep product knowledge across fragrances, skincare, and makeup
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in prestige and ultra-luxury retail environments
- Mastery of cross-functional competencies: collaboration and teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, learning agility, integrity, analytical mindset, and intrapreneurial spirit

Experience
Minimum 3–4 years in sales, client advisory, or retail within the beauty or luxury goods sector. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences in prestige or luxury retail environments.
Education
No formal education requirement specified. Secondary education (gymnasium or equivalent) is expected; further certification or training in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is an asset.
