Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, welcoming clients and initiating contact through traffic-stopping techniques
• Apply the brand D.I.O.R. method to identify client needs, propose personalized product offers, and deliver complementary cross-category recommendations within a global beauty approach
• Communicate brand values and educate clients on fragrance heritage, product benefits, and personalized consultation
• Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis across all selling channels
• Develop durable client relationships through genuine human interaction and register client data in dedicated CRM systems
• Leverage Dior Connect and Ipos tools to drive traffic, foster client loyalty, and execute clienteling activities
• Provide memorable in-store and remote fragrance experiences, master fragrance consultations, and share olfactory expertise to elevate team capabilities
• Monitor stock levels, maintain merchandising guidelines, and ensure appropriate inventory management
• Operate point-of-sale systems, reconcile daily revenues, and execute assigned operational and administrative tasks
• Respect Dior grooming guidelines, corporate policies, and maintain professional relationships with retail partners

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional retail experience in fragrance and/or service industry, preferably in luxury
• Strong fragrance knowledge with sophisticated vocabulary regarding the olfactory universe
• B2/C1 level proficiency in Swedish (local language) with mandatory English fluency for international clientele and flagship locations
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients emotionally with fragrance narratives and transmit genuine passion for olfactory artistry
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities
• Basic beauty application and product knowledge across the Dior portfolio

Skills

Experience

Beginner-to-entry-level candidates with minimum 2 years of prior experience in luxury retail, fragrance consultation, or high-touch service environments are preferred. Prior exposure to premium beauty or olfactory product categories strengthens candidacy.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; professional certifications in beauty, fragrance expertise, or luxury retail are advantageous but not mandatory.
