Parfums Christian Dior in Gothenburg seeks a part‑time Beauty Consultant — Fragrance Specialist to deliver premium fragrance consultations and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality in‑store and remote selling using the brand’s D.I.O.R. method to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and counter KPIs.
- Provide personalised fragrance consultations and memorable sensory experiences that emotionally engage clients and drive conversion.
- Develop and maintain durable client relationships through proactive clienteling, accurate CRM data entry and follow‑up activities.
- Leverage Dior digital tools (Dior Connect & Ipos) and owned content to generate traffic, nurture loyalty and execute targeted actions.
- Support counter operations: apply merchandising guidelines, monitor stock and displays, perform assigned administrative tasks and operate cash register where applicable.
- Contribute to in‑store or remote fragrance events and share product and consultation expertise to elevate team capability.
- Represent the brand with impeccable grooming and professional conduct, maintaining strong relationships with retailer partners.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or service background; experience in fragrance or luxury beauty retail is strongly preferred (see experience).
- Fluent in Swedish (local language) at B2/C1 level and proficient in English; additional languages a plus in tourist locations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for storytelling and emotional client engagement.
- Strong product literacy in fragrances, including olfactory vocabulary and consultation techniques.
- Attention to detail, reliability, punctuality and adherence to corporate and counter standards.

Experience
Entry‑level role with a preference for candidates who have at least 1–2 years of professional experience in fragrance, luxury beauty retail or a related service industry. Prior counter experience and demonstrated clienteling success are advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training or certification in beauty, cosmetics or retail sales is advantageous.
