Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper and brand ambassador for Dior products
• Welcome and initiate contact with customers on counter and through traffic-stopping activities, following the D.I.O.R. sales methodology
• Identify and understand customer needs; propose and demonstrate personalized product offers with a global beauty approach
• Achieve monthly retail sales targets and contribute to clienteling, customer satisfaction, and retail KPIs
• Communicate passionately about the brand and products; educate clients on Dior's collections and values
• Maintain counter merchandising according to corporate guidelines and uphold Dior grooming standards
• Register and manage client data in dedicated systems; leverage Dior Connect to drive traffic, client loyalty, and engagement
• Master brand, category, and competitive knowledge; demonstrate exceptional product expertise

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant beauty retail or luxury sales experience
• Excellent sales and communication skills with a charismatic, persuasive approach
• Strong cosmetic knowledge and proficiency in makeup application
• Fluent in English and Danish, with additional languages preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and numeracy for retail analytics
• Demonstrated ability to work in a boutique environment with punctuality and efficient time management

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics sales, or luxury brand customer service roles, demonstrating proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships in a premium retail environment.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; cosmetics or beauty industry certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
