Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store selling activities across assigned locations, following the D.I.O.R. selling method throughout the entire sales process
• Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both at the counter and through proactive traffic-stopping
• Identify and understand customers' needs through genuine and personalized interaction
• Propose and demonstrate tailored product recommendations and complementary offerings within and across categories
• Communicate passionately about the Dior brand and educate clients on products, services, and beauty expertise
• Achieve defined retail sales targets and contribute to overall counter performance
• Deliver a luxury client experience that reflects Dior's high standards and build positive relationships with clients
• Participate in counter merchandising maintenance in line with corporate guidelines
• Ensure all Dior spaces within the store are kept impeccably clean, tidy, and in perfect condition
• Monitor testers and ensure they are available, presentable, and properly displayed in-store
• Monitor stock levels regularly and report concerns to the Boutique Manager to ensure adequate availability

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Danish and English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or the service industry
• Experience in luxury retail or beauty is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to deliver strong retail results and provide premium customer service
• Comfortable with digital tools and able to quickly adopt new technologies

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in retail or the service industry, with luxury retail or beauty experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of delivering strong retail results and providing premium customer service in a consumer-facing role.

Education

No specific formal educational requirement stated; however, applicants should demonstrate professional competence through prior retail or service industry experience.
