Role & Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them at the counter and during foot traffic engagement
- Identify, understand, and articulate customers' beauty needs and preferences
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings across fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories
- Cross-sell additional products and guide customers across complementary categories
- Develop personal and durable client relationships through loyalty programmes, sampling, and personalized outreach
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to key performance indicators on a monthly basis
- Educate customers on Dior products and communicate the brand narrative with passion and authenticity
- Participate in counter merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelines and brand standards
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory issues to the Counter Manager
- Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned
- Register client data in dedicated systems and ensure client reachability
- Leverage Dior Connect and digital tools to drive traffic, client engagement, and brand loyalty
- Master brand, category, and competitive knowledge
- Maintain adherence to corporate and counter protocols, punctuality, and Dior grooming guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail or beauty sales
- Excellent cosmetic knowledge and demonstrated makeup application skills
- Fluent in Danish (mandatory) and proficient in oral and written English
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with retail systems and CRM tools
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop oneself in a luxury environment
- Result-oriented mindset with business acumen and focus on KPI achievement

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury beauty retail or fragrance sales, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and excellence in client service delivery.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required. Further education in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is advantageous.
