Parfums Christian Dior seeks a part-time Beauty Consultant (Chinese speaker) in Copenhagen to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store and remote consultations to sell Dior fragrances, skincare and colour products using the D.I.O.R. sales method.
- Identify client needs, propose personalised product solutions and conduct demonstrations; propose complementary and cross-category offerings.
- Build and maintain durable client relationships through proactive clienteling, CRM data entry and loyalty-driving activities.
- Use Dior tools (Dior Connect & Ipos) to manage client records, drive traffic and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual and counter KPIs and monthly retail sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
- Execute merchandising and stock management tasks: monitor inventory, display new products and report shortages.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, close daily revenues and complete assigned operational and administrative duties.
- Uphold Dior grooming standards, attendance and counter rules; maintain professional relationships with retailer partners.
Qualifications
- Chinese speaker (required).
- Preferably 1–2 years' experience in retail or customer service, ideally within a luxury beauty or cosmetics environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused demeanour.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work to KPI-driven objectives.
- Comfortable adopting new technologies and retail platforms.

Entry-level: preferably 1–2 years of retail or service experience, with prior luxury retail exposure considered an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in beauty, cosmetics or retail is a plus.
