Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Consultant in Copenhagen to deliver luxury client experiences and drive retail sales at the ILLUM counter.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Dior ambassador at the counter, initiating contact, welcoming clients and delivering personalised consultations in fragrance, make‑up and skincare.
- Meet and exceed retail sales targets and contribute to monthly KPIs through proactive selling, cross‑selling and conversion activities.
- Build and maintain durable client relationships via clienteling tools, sampling, loyalty programmes and targeted follow‑ups.
- Demonstrate and educate clients on product benefits, application techniques and brand heritage to enhance client experience and retention.
- Use Dior Connect and the IT loyalty programme to register client data, manage follow‑ups and drive traffic and repeat business.
- Maintain counter merchandising to corporate standards, monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to the Counter Manager.
- Complete assigned operational and administrative duties accurately and adhere to Dior grooming, attendance and counter rules.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or beauty consultancy, preferably within prestige cosmetics or fragrance.
- Fluent Danish (mandatory) and strong spoken and written English.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Solid knowledge of fragrances, make‑up and skincare with demonstrable application skills.
- Excellent communication, persuasion and relationship‑building skills; ability to engage new clients and develop loyalty.
- High level of personal presentation consistent with Dior grooming guidelines and the ability to work on‑site in a retail environment.

Experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in luxury beauty retail or as a beauty consultant, with a history of meeting sales targets and building loyal client portfolios.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; professional training or certification in beauty/cosmetics preferred.
