Parfums Christian Dior Beauty Consultant position in Bucharest, Romania. Drive luxury sales, build client relationships, and represent Dior excellence in beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Dior products and deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey, identifying and addressing individual client needs
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product recommendations across fragrance, makeup, and skincare, driving cross-category sales
- Develop lasting client relationships through personalized engagement, sampling programs, and booking services
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets and manage individual sales budgets with 100% accountability
- Educate customers on Dior products, brand values, and the house's heritage
- Maintain Dior merchandising standards and optimize visual product exposure at point of sale
- Monitor inventory levels and address stock management issues to ensure product availability
- Train and coach multi-brand retail staff on Dior products, sales techniques, and brand positioning
- Execute in-store Dior events with efficiency and brand alignment
- Provide field feedback and improvement recommendations to the Dior Sales Manager
- Deliver flash makeup and Beauty Tech services in accordance with Dior standards
- Maintain immaculate display quality, cleanliness, and personal grooming standards throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in high-end cosmetics or luxury goods
- Basic makeup application skills required
- Strong affinity for customer service with demonstrated focus on sales achievement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of English preferred
- Self-confidence and comfort approaching and engaging customers
- Proficiency in multi-brand retail environments
