Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales experiences across fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories, identifying and addressing customer needs through personalized product recommendations
- Develop and nurture durable client relationships through sampling programs, advance bookings, and personalized engagement
- Execute personalized product offers and facilitate cross-category sales, leveraging comprehensive beauty portfolio expertise
- Educate customers on Dior products and brand heritage, positioning the House within the luxury beauty market
- Achieve and exceed monthly retail sales targets through consistent sales execution and customer-focused engagement
- Maintain pristine Dior visual merchandising standards and optimize brand exposure at point of sale
- Conduct inventory management, monitor stock levels, and coordinate resupply to ensure product availability
- Train and coach multi-brand retail partners' sales teams on Dior products, selling techniques, and brand positioning
- Coordinate and execute in-store Dior events and promotional activations
- Deliver flash makeup applications and Beauty Tech services in accordance with Dior standards
- Report field insights and improvement recommendations to the Sales Manager
- Maintain impeccable presentation standards, punctuality, and adherence to Dior grooming guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional sales experience, preferably in luxury cosmetics or high-end beauty retail
- Demonstrated proficiency in makeup application and cosmetic product knowledge
- Strong understanding of luxury retail and multi-brand retail environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Self-confident, customer-focused, and comfortable approaching and engaging diverse clientele
- Fluent in Romanian; English knowledge preferable
