The Beauty Consultant at Parfums Christian Dior’s INNO Louvain counter delivers luxury client experiences, achieves sales targets and promotes the brand through selling, clienteling and counter operations. The role is full-time and permanent, with flexible working hours including weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, achieve sales targets and promote Dior’s brand image.
- Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper.
- Apply the Dior D.I.O.R. selling ceremony throughout the client journey.
- Initiate contact with clients, welcome them and proactively engage them, including through traffic stopping.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate products and deliver services to a high standard.
- Recommend complementary products and develop cross-selling.
- Communicate passionately about the brand and its product universe.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to monthly KPIs.
- Build long-term client relationships in-store and remotely.
- Recruit new clients through authentic, personalized interactions.
- Capture and update client data in CRM systems.
- Execute clienteling actions using Dior Connect and iPOS.
- Drive client loyalty and repeat business.
- Apply merchandising guidelines at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual excellence of the counter.
- Execute operational and administrative tasks.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, beauty or customer service is a plus.
- Passion for beauty, luxury and client experience.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with good knowledge of English.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends.
