Parfums Christian Dior Beauty Consultant position in Brussels. Full-time on-site role combining luxury retail sales, client relationship management, and counter operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper and applying the Dior D.I.O.R. selling ceremony throughout the client journey
- Initiate proactive client engagement through traffic-stopping interactions, needs assessment, and tailored product recommendations
- Demonstrate products with excellence and propose complementary offerings to develop cross-selling opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships both in-store and remotely through authentic, personalized interactions
- Capture and update client data in CRM systems and execute clienteling actions using Dior tools (Dior Connect, iPOS)
- Recruit new clients and drive loyalty while contributing to monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Ensure merchandising guidelines are applied, monitor stock levels, and maintain counter cleanliness and visual excellence
- Uphold Dior's operational standards, grooming protocols, and company policies while building strong relationships with retail partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, beauty, or customer service
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with good knowledge of English
- Demonstrated expertise in beauty and make-up with strong product knowledge and storytelling capability
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency with basic CRM and digital tools
