The Beauty Consultant at Parfums Christian Dior’s Globus Basel counter delivers personalised consultations across fragrance, skincare and makeup, builds lasting client relationships, and supports sales and KPI targets. The role is permanent and 80–100%, with a start date as soon as possible or by agreement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional, personalised advice and sell products across fragrance, skincare and makeup.
- Contribute actively to sales, sell-out and KPI targets.
- Apply the D.I.O.R. sales method consistently and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through active clienteling.
- Schedule and prepare client appointments, and conduct client campaigns through the Dior Connect App.
- Deliver Dior services and personalised product consultations.
- Maintain optimal product presentation and implement Dior merchandising and brand guidelines.
- Participate actively in promotions, events and animations, and help prepare and deliver them.
- Continuously expand product knowledge and participate in training and coaching.
- Monitor stock, replenish products, and assist with deliveries, returns and inventory counts.
- Apply internal processes, tools and DTC systems correctly.
- Keep the counter orderly, clean and presentable.
- Work closely and constructively with the team and retailer.
- Comply with all internal policies and processes, as well as applicable hygiene and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Ideally, 3–4 years of experience in sales or customer consultation; at least 3 years required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Demonstrated expertise as a makeup artist.
- Very good German, good English and French is an advantage.
