Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Dior fragrances and cosmetics products with sophisticated consultation, applying the House's Art of Selling methodology throughout the customer journey
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through strategic client engagement and product expertise
- Educate customers on Dior's heritage, product benefits, and brand values to build awareness and loyalty
- Maintain counter displays in accordance with corporate guidelines and update merchandising in line with product launches and planograms
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock issues to the Retail Store Manager or Boutique Manager
- Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Cultivate strong working relationships with Retail Store Managers and cross-functional retail partners
- Foster team collaboration and contribute to a positive, unified retail environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in beauty and/or luxury sectors
- Professional training in beauty or equivalent professional or university education
- Fluent Spanish and advanced English proficiency (B2 level minimum)
- Strong familiarity with sales KPIs and performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury setting
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and planogram execution
- Knowledge of Dior products and fragrance categories (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, ideally in beauty and luxury sectors. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering elevated customer experiences in a premium retail environment.
Education
Professional training in beauty, or equivalent professional or university education in a related field.
