Parfums Christian Dior in Palma de Mallorca seeks a Beauty Consultant Apprentice (temporary internship) to support retail sales and client service on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sale of Dior products and deliver an elevated client experience in line with the Maison's standards and the 'Art of Selling Dior', under the supervision of the retail team.
- Contribute to achieving weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Educate clients on product ranges (fragrance, skincare, makeup) and Maison values to foster brand loyalty and deepen product knowledge.
- Maintain merchandising and the point of sale according to corporate visual and planogram guidelines.
- Assist with the roll-out of new launches, in-store activations and promotional animations.
- Support stock control, report inventory discrepancies and escalate issues to the store manager.
- Undertake necessary operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented working environment.
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent in Beauty or related field; ability to formalise an official internship/apprenticeship contract under Spanish legislation is required.
- Fluent Spanish and competency in English (minimum B2).
- Availability for rotating shifts including weekends.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Customer-service orientation, strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Curiosity about luxury beauty products and a demonstrable willingness to learn.

Experience
Entry-level / beginner. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles is valued, ideally within luxury, beauty or fashion; prior experience is not mandatory as this is a structured apprenticeship.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent in Beauty or a related discipline; must be eligible to enter a formal internship/apprenticeship contract under Spanish law.

This position is based in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain.
