Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Consultant Apprentice (internship) in Madrid to support client advisory, retail sales and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support client advisory and sales of Dior beauty products, delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience under senior supervision.
- Contribute to achieving weekly and monthly sales targets through active selling and client engagement.
- Advise and educate clients on product benefits and Maison values to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain merchandising and point-of-sale presentation in line with corporate planograms and brand standards.
- Assist with launches, in-store activations and promotional animations.
- Support stock control and report inventory discrepancies or operational issues to the store manager.
- Perform necessary operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily functioning of the boutique.
- Promote a collaborative, team-oriented working environment.
Qualifications
- Secondary-school diploma or equivalent in Beauty, Cosmetology or a related discipline.
- Eligible to formalise a Spanish internship/prácticas contract in accordance with local legislation.
- Fluent Spanish and competency in English (minimum B2).
- Availability for rotating shifts including weekends.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level / beginner. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is valued but not required; luxury or beauty sector experience is a plus.
Education
Secondary-school qualification or equivalent in Beauty, Cosmetology or related field; ability to participate in a formal internship/prácticas programme under Spanish law.

The successful candidate will be located in Madrid, Madrid, Spain.
