Parfums Christian Dior in Barcelona seeks a Beauty Consultant Apprentice (internship) to support client advice and sales in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the client advisory and sales process for Dior beauty products, applying the Maison’s retail standards under the supervision of the store team.
- Contribute to achieving weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Educate clients on product benefits and brand values to foster loyalty and brand knowledge.
- Maintain merchandising and point‑of‑sale presentation in line with corporate guidelines.
- Assist with launches, in‑store activations and implementation of planograms.
- Support stock control and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Perform necessary operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Promote a collaborative, team‑oriented working environment.
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent in Beauty or a related field (or currently enrolled in a relevant programme).
- Eligible to sign a Spanish internship/prácticas contract (per national regulations).
- Fluent Spanish and competent English (minimum B2).
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends.

Experience
Entry‑level role. Previous retail, hospitality or customer‑service experience is valued—ideally within luxury, beauty or fashion—but not mandatory.
Education
Secondary school diploma (beauty or related field) or equivalent. Eligibility to enter a formal internship/prácticas contract under Spanish law is required.
