Parfums Christian Dior Beauty Consultant role in Amsterdam, Netherlands — temporary full-time position in luxury beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper and demonstrating products with excellence
- Apply the Dior D.I.O.R. selling ceremony throughout the entire client journey, from initial contact to post-sale engagement
- Initiate proactive contact with clients, welcome them warmly, and engage through traffic-stopping presence to drive interest
- Identify and understand client needs to recommend tailored solutions and propose complementary products through cross-selling
- Communicate passionately about the Dior brand and product universe to inspire confidence and desire
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to monthly key performance indicators
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships in-store and remotely to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Recruit new clients through authentic and personalized interactions aligned with luxury service standards
- Capture and update client data in CRM systems and execute clienteling actions using Dior Connect and iPOS
- Ensure merchandising guidelines are applied consistently and maintain visual excellence at the counter
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and maintain cleanliness of the counter space
- Respect company policies, grooming standards, and procedures while fostering strong relationships with retail partners
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of English
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Basic CRM and digital tools knowledge
- Beauty and make-up expertise
- Product knowledge and storytelling capability
- Flexibility to work weekends and variable hours
