Beauty Consultant at Parfums Christian Dior, Copenhagen (Aalborg). 30h/week part-time role starting September 2026 at Salling Aalborg.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Initiate client contact and deliver warm, professional welcomes both at the counter and through proactive traffic-stopping engagement
  • Identify and understand client needs, proposing personalized Dior product selections and delivering elevated service throughout the entire sales journey
  • Educate clients on brand heritage, category expertise, and product benefits using the proprietary D.I.O.R. selling method
  • Achieve monthly retail sales targets through in-store and remote selling activities, operating as a personal shopper to maximize conversion and basket value
  • Develop and nurture durable client relationships through consistent engagement, registering client data in the CRM system and executing clienteling activities
  • Manage Dior Connect and iPos platforms to drive foot traffic, cultivate client loyalty, and track actionable client intelligence
  • Monitor stock levels, execute merchandising guidelines, and maintain visually compelling counter displays adhering to Dior standards
  • Operate cash registers, close daily revenues, and perform all assigned administrative and operational tasks with precision
  • Maintain professional grooming standards consistent with Dior brand guidelines and corporate policies
  • Collaborate with the Counters Manager, retail partners, and team members to uphold brand reputation and counter performance

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or service-oriented industries
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering superior results in luxury retail settings
  • Demonstrated excellence in client-facing roles with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
