Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Ambassador in London (Selfridges) — temporary, on‑site role driving makeup & fragrance sales and client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior fragrance, makeup and skincare to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Deliver personalised luxury service: consult, present and apply products to inspire clients and convert trials into purchases.
- Cross‑sell across categories to increase average transaction value and units per transaction.
- Initiate client contact on‑counter and through traffic‑stopping; build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Recruit clients into the DIOR VIP loyalty scheme and maintain accurate client records in ipos.
- Support merchandise standards and stock management in line with corporate visual and merchandising guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in counter events and product launches to drive business.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury, consultative retail sales role is required.
- Experience in beauty, fragrance or skincare sales is advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
- Immaculate personal presentation and the ability to embody Parfums Christian Dior's luxury image.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented, tenacious and client‑centric approach.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required; demonstrable results in beauty or fragrance sales are strongly preferred. The role suits candidates with a consultative approach to selling and experience building client relationships in a high‑end retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or certified training in beauty, cosmetology or related disciplines is desirable.
