Dior Beauty Advisor role in Xi'an, China. Drive luxury cosmetics and fragrance sales with exceptional customer service and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and online sales activities using the D.I.O.R. methodology to meet customer needs and deliver memorable brand experiences
- Assess customer requirements with keen observation and provide personalized product recommendations across product categories and complementary offerings
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing and new customers, increasing repeat visits and customer loyalty through CRM systems and Dior-specific tools
- Achieve retail sales targets (in-store and online) and contribute monthly to store-wide KPIs
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of brand, product categories, and competitor offerings
- Monitor inventory levels daily, report issues to counter manager, and ensure stock adequacy
- Manage point-of-sale operations, process customer transactions, and reconcile daily revenue
- Execute assigned business and administrative tasks while adhering to all company policies, SOPs, and employee codes of conduct
- Apply sales guidelines and display new products as needed to maintain attractive counter presentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a cosmetology or beauty academy is advantageous
- 1–2 years of professional experience in retail and hospitality, preferably in luxury goods
- Demonstrated sales excellence in a luxury retail environment
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese; English communication skills preferred for flagship locations
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of professional experience in retail and service sectors; prior experience in luxury goods retail is preferred. Strong track record of sales performance in a luxury retail environment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a beauty academy or cosmetology school is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China.
