Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for Dior, consistently embodying the Maison’s standards in dress, manner and client interactions.
- Deliver personalised consultations and product demonstrations across fragrance, makeup and skincare to meet clients’ needs and drive sales.
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets; contribute to counter performance through active selling and suggestive selling of complementary items.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling: recruit new clients, convert walk-ins to regulars and increase repeat visits.
- Register and maintain customer data in the CRM system; execute clienteling activities and events as required.
- Support daily counter operations including stock monitoring, reporting inventory issues to the counter manager and completing assigned administrative tasks.
- Comply with company and counter operational requirements (attendance, punctuality) and Dior beauty standards; report to and collaborate with the counter/boutique manager and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Professional retail or service experience; 1–2 years in luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a high-end retail environment preferred.
- High school diploma or graduation from an equivalent cosmetology/beauty school.
- Customer-centric mindset, strong interpersonal skills and polished verbal communication; fluent in the local language.
- Able to work effectively in a team, adapt to a sales environment, learn quickly and attend to detail.

Experience
Previous experience in retail or service roles is required; 1–2 years of direct experience in the luxury beauty or cosmetics sector is preferred, with demonstrated commercial results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; graduates of cosmetology/beauty schools are preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China.
