Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Advisor in Xiamen to deliver Dior client experiences, drive in-store and online sales, and manage counter operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and sales both in-store and via online channels, applying the D.I.O.R. selling method throughout the customer journey.
- Create memorable client experiences through meticulous service standards, attentive counter interactions and tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store retail sales targets, contribute to monthly KPIs and execute cross-sell and add-on strategies across categories.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships; recruit new clients and improve client return rates through proactive follow-up.
- Record and maintain client data in the dedicated CRM/system and run clienteling activities using Dior content and sales tools.
- Maintain counter operations: apply sales guidelines, monitor inventory levels, report stock issues, merchandise new launches and perform cashier/POS duties as required.
- Complete assigned administrative tasks and strictly comply with company SOPs, processes and the employee code of conduct.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail or service; 1–2 years' luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven track record of strong sales performance in a client-facing environment is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a beauty school is preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese required; English communication skills preferred for larger flagships.

Previous retail or service experience is required; 1–2 years in luxury beauty or premium retail is preferred, with demonstrable sales results in a boutique environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma from a beauty institute preferred.
