The Beauty Advisor represents Parfums Christian Dior, delivers personalized service and memorable in-store and online experiences, and achieves sales targets while supporting store KPIs. The role also covers client development and CRM, counter operations, inventory, cash handling, and administrative duties. Full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store and online sales as a personal sales advisor.
- Apply Dior’s D.I.O.R. method throughout the sales process, meeting customer needs through high service standards and creating memorable experiences.
- Demonstrate service standards and a professional attitude, with attention to detail in customer interactions at the counter.
- Identify and understand customer needs.
- Recommend and demonstrate personalized products, deliver service to a high standard, cross-sell within and across categories, and provide customers with a holistic beauty approach.
- Communicate the brand and its products with enthusiasm.
- Achieve in-store and online retail sales targets and contribute to the store’s monthly KPIs.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand, categories, and competitors.
- Build lasting relationships with existing customers in-store and remotely.
- Recruit new customers and improve return visits to the counter.
- Register customer data in the designated system and carry out CRM and client activities.
- Use Dior content and tools, including sales and daily operational tools, to increase traffic, build customer loyalty, and drive action.
- Understand and apply sales guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels daily, report issues to the counter manager, and ensure adequate stock.
- Monitor shelf inventory and display new products when needed, where applicable.
- Operate the cash register and reconcile daily revenue, where applicable.
- Complete assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Comply strictly with all company policies, SOPs, procedures, and employee handbook requirements.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail and service; 1–2 years of luxury-industry experience is preferred.
- A strong performance record in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
- High school education or above, or graduation from an equivalent beauty school.
- Excellent sales skills; luxury-industry experience is preferred.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese; English communication skills for large stores.
- Customer focus, relationship-building, and responsiveness to customer needs.
