Role & Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and online sales activities following the D.I.O.R. brand methodology to meet customer needs and deliver memorable experiences
- Identify and understand customer requirements with keen observation, recommending personalized products and complementary offerings across categories
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing clientele whilst recruiting new customers and increasing repeat visits
- Register customer data in dedicated systems and execute all customer relationship management and client engagement activities
- Monitor inventory levels daily, report issues to counter supervisors, and ensure adequate stock; display new products as needed
- Perform point-of-sale transactions and reconcile daily revenue
- Apply sales guidelines and strictly adhere to company procedures, SOPs, processes, and employee conduct standards
- Manage fast-paced retail environment while balancing online and in-store sales operations
- Communicate brand and product information with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Contribute to monthly store KPIs and retail sales targets
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in retail and service industries, with luxury goods sector experience preferred
- Demonstrated excellent performance in luxury retail environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetics school certification preferred
- Exceptional sales skills and ability to engage diverse customer segments
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; English communication proficiency preferred (especially for larger locations)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

1–2 years of professional experience in retail and service industries, with preference for candidates who possess prior luxury goods sector experience and demonstrated strong performance in luxury retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetics school certification preferred.
