Role & Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and online sales activities using Dior's D.I.O.R. sales method to meet client needs and deliver memorable experiences
- Deliver personalized product recommendations and cross-category consultations, providing holistic beauty solutions aligned with global beauty approaches
- Establish and cultivate lasting relationships with existing clients whilst recruiting new customers and increasing repeat visits
- Demonstrate exceptional service standards, attention to detail, and professionalism during all counter interactions
- Maintain comprehensive product, category, and competitive knowledge to inform consultations
- Register and manage client data within dedicated CRM systems and execute all customer relationship and client-focused activities
- Monitor daily inventory levels, report issues to counter management, and ensure adequate stock availability
- Display new products and maintain shelf presentation standards as required
- Process transactions and reconcile daily cash flows as applicable
- Achieve retail sales targets (in-store and online) and contribute to monthly store KPIs
- Comply strictly with company policies, standard operating procedures, and employee conduct guidelines
Qualifications
- 1–2 years professional experience in retail and service sectors, with luxury goods experience prioritized
- Demonstrated strong performance in luxury retail environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty academy certification valued
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese; English communication proficiency required for larger locations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced sales capabilities with luxury sector preference

Experience
1–2 years of professional experience in retail and service sectors, with prior luxury goods industry experience preferred. Demonstrated track record of strong sales performance in luxury retail environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent educational level. Beauty academy or cosmetics-focused schooling is valued but not required.
