Dior Beauty Advisor position in Shenzhen; luxury retail sales, client consulting, and brand ambassadorship in perfumes & cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and online sales activities using the D.I.O.R. selling methodology to meet client needs and create memorable experiences
- Deliver consultative product recommendations with exceptional service standards, demonstrated through attention to detail and refined counter interactions
- Identify client needs and suggest personalized, complementary products across fragrance and cosmetics categories, providing a comprehensive beauty consultation
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients while actively recruiting new customers and increasing counter visitation frequency
- Register client data in dedicated systems and execute all customer relationship management and clienteling activities
- Leverage Dior tools and content to increase traffic, cultivate customer loyalty, and drive engagement
- Monitor daily inventory levels, report discrepancies to counter manager, and ensure adequate stock availability
- Manage cash register operations and reconcile daily revenue
- Execute assigned administrative and operational tasks while adhering strictly to company policies, SOPs, and employee conduct standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty school credentials preferred
- 1–2 years professional experience in retail and service sectors, with luxury goods industry background strongly preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail environments
- Outstanding sales skills with proven track record in consultative selling
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese; English communication abilities required for larger locations
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities

Education
