Role & Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and digital sales using the Dior D.I.O.R. methodology, delivering high-standard service and unforgettable customer experiences
- Identify and understand customer needs, recommend personalized products, and provide cross-category and complementary product suggestions
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with existing customers while actively recruiting new clientele and increasing repeat visit rates
- Register customer data in dedicated CRM systems and execute all customer relationship management and client-focused activities
- Achieve individual and store retail sales targets (in-store and digital) and contribute to monthly KPIs
- Maintain expert knowledge of brand, product categories, and competitive offerings
- Monitor inventory levels daily, report issues to counter management, and ensure adequate stock availability
- Manage point-of-sale operations and daily cash reconciliation as required
- Comply strictly with all company policies, standard operating procedures, and employee conduct guidelines
- Execute assigned business and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a beauty institute is advantageous
- 1–2 years of professional retail and service industry experience, with luxury goods experience preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in sales performance within luxury retail environments
- Exceptional sales acumen and consultative selling skills
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese; English communication skills required for flagship locations
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to build strong client relationships
- Results-oriented and action-driven with consistent performance in demanding environments

Skills
Experience
1–2 years of professional experience in retail and service sectors, preferably within luxury goods or cosmetics industries. Demonstrated track record of excellent performance in luxury retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification; graduation from a recognized beauty institute or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.
