Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying Dior’s values and delivering an impeccable, personalized client experience at the counter.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall counter performance through proactive client engagement and tailored product recommendations across fragrances, makeup and skincare.
- Identify client needs, provide personalised consultations, and execute cross-selling and up‑selling to maximise basket value.
- Maintain counter standards according to company guidelines: visual presentation, product replenishment, merchandising and cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels, escalate inventory issues to the counter manager and ensure merchandise availability.
- Complete assigned administrative and business tasks accurately and on time; comply with attendance and Dior beauty operational policies.
- Report to the Counter Manager/Boutique Manager and collaborate cross‑functionally with other teams as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational diploma from a beauty school preferred.
- Previous retail or service experience; 1–2 years in luxury retail or cosmetics sales is an advantage.
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a professional, polished demeanour.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a results‑oriented environment.
- Organised, detail‑oriented, adaptable and eager to learn.

Experience
Experience in retail or service roles is required; 1–2 years’ experience in luxury cosmetics or premium retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a recognised beauty/cosmetology school is a plus.
