Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Advisor in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China to deliver luxury beauty consultations and drive retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Dior cosmetics, skincare and fragrance across the counter and via online channels, consistently contributing to store KPIs and monthly retail targets.
- Apply the brand D.I.O.R. sales method to deliver personalised consultations and memorable, high‑standard service throughout the customer journey.
- Identify client needs, propose tailored product recommendations and execute cross‑category suggestions to maximise basket value and loyalty.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through in‑store and remote engagement; recruit new clients and increase return frequency.
- Record and maintain accurate client data in the CRM; plan and execute clienteling activities using Dior sales and daily‑operation tools.
- Operate the counter to brand SOPs: monitor stock levels, replenish and merchandise shelves, perform cash/POS transactions and complete assigned administrative duties.
- Maintain product, category and competitor knowledge and actively communicate brand and product stories to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a recognised beauty school is a plus.
- Professional retail or service experience; 1–2 years in luxury retail preferred.
- Proven sales aptitude with a track record of achieving targets in a retail environment.
- Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written). English communication skills preferred for larger stores.
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail and a client‑centric mindset.

Preferably 1–2 years of professional experience in retail or customer service; prior experience and demonstrable performance within luxury retail is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma from a beauty or cosmetology school preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China, with easy access to Hangzhou.
