Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Advisor in Shangyu, Zhejiang, China — full‑time role delivering luxury beauty consultations and driving in‑store and online sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑standard beauty consultations and product demonstrations in accordance with the D.I.O.R. sales method across in‑store and online channels.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, contribute to monthly KPIs and actively participate in omni‑channel selling activities.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients while recruiting new customers and driving repeat visits.
- Register and maintain client data in the designated CRM system and execute clienteling campaigns and events.
- Apply expert product, category and competitive knowledge to recommend tailored cross‑sell and up‑sell solutions.
- Operate the counter: monitor stock levels, support merchandising and shelf replenishment, perform cash handling and POS transactions where required.
- Execute assigned administrative tasks and adhere strictly to company SOPs, policies and brand codes of conduct.
- Use Dior content and operational tools to increase footfall, stimulate loyalty and convert opportunities into sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a recognised beauty academy is preferred.
- Professional retail or service experience; 1–2 years in luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Fluent spoken Mandarin; English communication skills are desirable for larger stores.
- Demonstrable sales aptitude with a client‑centric approach and attention to detail.
- Ability to adopt brand SOPs, learn new technologies and operate retail POS/CRM systems.

Relevant experience in retail and customer service is required; candidates with 1–2 years of demonstrable performance in luxury retail will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma from a professional beauty or cosmetology school preferred.
