Role & Responsibilities

• Execute in-store and online sales activities as a personal sales consultant, applying the brand's D.I.O.R. sales methodology to deliver high-standard service and memorable customer experiences
• Demonstrate excellent service standards and attention to detail when interacting with customers at the counter, identifying and understanding customer needs
• Recommend and showcase personalized products, provide cross-category and complementary product suggestions, and deliver a holistic beauty approach to customers
• Communicate brand and product value enthusiastically and maintain mastery of brand, category, and competitive product knowledge
• Achieve retail sales targets (in-store and online) and contribute monthly to store-wide KPIs
• Establish and cultivate lasting relationships with existing customers through in-store and remote engagement while actively recruiting new clientele
• Register customer data in the dedicated system, execute all customer relationship management activities and client programs
• Utilize Dior content and tools (sales and operational systems) to increase foot traffic, foster customer loyalty, and drive actions
• Understand and apply sales guidelines; monitor daily inventory levels and report issues to the counter manager
• Monitor shelf inventory and display new products as needed; conduct cash register operations and settle daily revenue
• Execute assigned business and administrative work; strictly comply with all company systems, SOPs, processes, and employee conduct policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or graduation from a recognized beauty academy
• Excellent sales techniques with preference for candidates with luxury goods industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluent Mandarin Chinese; English communication ability required for larger stores
• Professional retail and service industry experience; 1–2 years of luxury goods sector experience preferred
• Demonstrated excellent performance in a luxury retail environment preferred
• Customer-centric approach with ability to build strong relationships and identify customer needs
• Result-oriented and action-driven with consistent delivery even in challenging environments
• Collaborative team player capable of building partnerships and working toward common goals
• Highly adaptable with resilience in the face of difficulties and setbacks
• Enthusiastic about new technology adoption and learning

Skills

Experience

Professional retail and service industry experience. One to two years of luxury goods sector experience is preferred. Demonstrated excellent performance in a luxury retail environment is advantageous.

Education
