Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Advisor in Hangzhou (Shangcheng District) to deliver luxury skincare and makeup consultations and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering Dior’s D.I.O.R. sales methodology to provide bespoke skincare and makeup consultations across in-store and online channels.
- Achieve individual and store retail targets, contribute to monthly KPIs and support omni-channel sales initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, personalised recommendations and follow-up.
- Register and maintain customer data in the designated CRM; plan and execute client-relationship activities using Dior content and tools.
- Maintain counter standards: monitor stock levels, report inventory issues, execute merchandising and product replenishment, and perform cashiering as required.
- Execute assigned administrative duties and comply strictly with company SOPs, policies and store procedures.
- Keep up-to-date product, category and competitor knowledge to inform selling and client education.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or service experience; 1–2 years in luxury retail preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a recognised beauty school is an advantage.
- Fluent spoken Mandarin; English communication skills expected for larger flagship stores.
- Demonstrable sales aptitude with a track record of delivering results in a retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and a client-centric mindset.

Experience
Professional experience in retail or service environments is required; candidates with 1–2 years of demonstrated success in luxury beauty or cosmetics retail will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognised beauty or cosmetology programme is preferred.

This position is based in Shangcheng District, Zhejiang, China, within easy reach of Hangzhou.
