Role & Responsibilities

• Execute in-store and online sales activities as a personal sales consultant, following the D.I.O.R. brand methodology to meet customer needs and deliver memorable experiences
• Demonstrate excellence in service standards and attention to detail during all counter interactions; identify and understand customer requirements with acuity
• Recommend and present personalized products with seamless service delivery; provide cross-category recommendations and holistic beauty approaches to clients
• Communicate brand and product information with enthusiasm; achieve retail sales targets (in-store and online) and contribute monthly to store-wide KPIs
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of brand, category, and competitive products
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing in-store and remote customers while focusing on new customer acquisition and repeat visit rates
• Register customer data in dedicated systems and execute all customer relationship management and client-facing activities
• Leverage Dior content and operational tools to increase foot traffic, cultivate customer loyalty, and drive actionable outcomes
• Understand and apply sales guidelines; monitor daily inventory levels and report issues to the counter manager to ensure adequate stock
• Maintain shelf displays and merchandise new products as applicable; manage point-of-sale operations and reconcile daily revenue (as applicable)
• Execute assigned administrative and operational tasks; adhere strictly to all company procedures, SOPs, processes, and employee codes of conduct

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in retail and service sectors, with luxury goods industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated strong performance record in a luxury retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent, or graduation from a recognized beauty academy
• Excellent sales techniques with demonstrated ability in a luxury goods environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent Mandarin Chinese; English communication ability preferred (for larger stores)
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to establish strong client relationships and identify client needs
• Results-oriented and action-driven with consistent ability to achieve outcomes in demanding environments
• Collaborative team player who builds partnerships to achieve shared goals
• Adaptable and resilient; able to succeed in the face of setbacks and adversity
• Embraces new technologies; open to learning and adopting digital tools

Skills

Experience

1–2 years of professional experience in retail and service sectors. Experience in luxury goods or high-end beauty retail is preferred. Demonstrated strong sales performance in a luxury retail environment is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent qualification; or graduation from a recognized beauty academy or equivalent vocational training institution.
