Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, functioning as a personal shopper and applying the proprietary D.I.O.R. sales methodology
• Initiate contact with customers, welcome them at counter, and execute traffic-stopping techniques to engage prospects
• Identify and understand customer needs through active listening and consultative questioning
• Propose personalized product recommendations across categories, educating clients on brand heritage and product benefits with passion
• Achieve defined retail sales targets on a monthly basis and contribute to counter key performance indicators
• Develop durable client relationships and register customer data in CRM systems (Dior Connect, Ipos) to enable reachability and loyalty initiatives
• Perform remote selling and clienteling activities to expand customer base and drive traffic
• Monitor and maintain merchandising standards, shelf inventory, and product displays in compliance with brand guidelines
• Operate point-of-sale systems and close daily revenues as required
• Maintain professional grooming standards, punctuality, and adherence to corporate policies
• Support operational and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, preferably luxury retail
• Proven track record of exceeding retail sales targets within a luxury environment
• Critical thinking and strategic problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards
• Adaptability and openness to embracing new technologies and systems

Skills

Experience

1–2 years of professional experience in retail or service, ideally within the luxury sector. Entry-level candidates with strong service orientation may be considered.
