- Register customer data in the dedicated system and execute all CRM activities.
- Participate in counter maintenance according to company guidelines and monitor inventory levels.
- Report issues to the counter manager and ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Perform assigned business and administrative tasks, adhering to company and counter operational requirements.
- Report to the Counter Manager/Boutique Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail and service industries, with preference for luxury sector experience (1-2 years).
- Proven sales skills with outstanding performance in luxury retail environments.
