Parfums Christian Dior is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Guilin — full‑time counter role delivering personalised consultations and achieving sales KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised in‑store and online sales using the brand D.I.O.R. method to meet individual client needs and achieve retail KPIs.
- Provide memorable customer experiences through expert product demonstration, make‑up and skincare consultation, and meticulous service etiquette.
- Prospect, recruit and nurture client relationships; register and maintain customer records in the dedicated CRM system.
- Leverage Dior content and sales/operational tools to drive traffic, repeat visits and client loyalty.
- Perform counter operations: monitor stock levels, display new product launches, execute cash/POS transactions and daily cash reconciliations (where applicable).
- Complete assigned administrative tasks and follow SOPs, loss‑prevention and compliance procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/beauty school certification preferred.
- 1+ years' experience in retail or service; 1–2 years in luxury retail highly desirable.
- Fluency in Mandarin (required); English communication skills preferred for larger stores.
- Strong consultative selling ability, clienteling skills and a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Minimum one year in retail or customer service; candidates with 1–2 years' experience in luxury retail and proven sales performance will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a recognised beauty/cosmetology school is an advantage.
