Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor for a temporary role at Frasers in Glasgow, working 30 hours. The role drives beauty sales and personalised luxury service through product expertise, client development, merchandising and stock management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive beauty sales by achieving or exceeding sales targets while promoting the brand and delivering personalised luxury service.
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup and skincare, presenting and applying products to inspire clients and attract new customers.
- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and cross-sell across categories to increase average transaction value and units.
- Stay knowledgeable about Parfums Christian Dior products and recommend personalised selections to clients.
- Initiate contact with clients and welcome them at the counter and through traffic-stopping activity.
- Build personal client relationships and loyalty, introducing the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme to all clients.
- Educate clients about Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
- Meet Mystery Shopping targets.
- Participate in merchandise management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, report issues and ensure sufficient stock is available.
- Follow company procedures and policies outlined in the employee handbook.
- Update the ipos tool with client data, sales and client profiles.
- Use the ipos customer database to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events and appointments.
Qualifications
- Creative, with the ability to recreate for clients the emotions a fragrance was designed to encapsulate.
- Tenacious and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers receive the very best luxury service.
- Driven and results-oriented, with an interest in growing the business through events and counter activity.
- Self-confident and able to approach and engage customers with ease.
- Strong selling skills.
- Immaculately groomed and presented, embodying the elegance associated with Parfums Christian Dior.
- Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required.
- Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
