Parfums Christian Dior is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Fuzhou — full‑time role focused on Dior cosmetics and fragrances, clienteling and counter operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised in‑store and online sales using the brand’s D.I.O.R. methodology to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Create memorable client experiences through expert product demonstrations, tailored recommendations and high‑standard service etiquette.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships via proactive clienteling, new client acquisition and targeted follow‑up activities.
- Record and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and execute client‑focused campaigns and events.
- Execute counter operations: monitor stock levels, merchandise shelves, report inventory issues to the counter manager and perform cash/POS reconciliation when required.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dior product ranges, category dynamics and competitors to support informed selling and cross‑selling.
- Adhere strictly to company SOPs, policies and daily administrative duties to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or service experience; 1–2 years in luxury retail preferred.
- Demonstrable sales performance in a retail environment, ideally within beauty or luxury goods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent Mandarin required, English communication skills preferred for flagship or larger stores.
- Customer‑centric attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to perform in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a professional beauty or cosmetology school is an advantage.
