Dior Beauty Advisor position in Dongguan, China. Join a luxury retail team delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through premium fragrance and cosmetics expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute in-store and omnichannel sales activities using the Dior D.I.O.R. service methodology to exceed retail targets and contribute to store KPIs
- Identify and understand customer needs, recommend personalized products, and provide cross-category recommendations for a holistic beauty approach
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients while actively recruiting new customers and improving repeat visit rates
- Register customer data in dedicated CRM systems, execute customer relationship management initiatives, and utilize Dior sales and operational tools to drive traffic and customer loyalty
- Monitor inventory levels daily, report discrepancies to counter management, and ensure adequate stock availability and proper product display
- Process point-of-sale transactions and reconcile daily revenue; execute assigned administrative and business operations
- Adhere strictly to all company procedures, standard operating procedures, sales guidelines, and employee conduct policies
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail and service sectors; luxury industry experience of 1–2 years preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail sales environments
- Secondary education or equivalent; beauty school qualification preferred
- Exceptional sales skills with luxury goods exposure preferred
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese; English communication ability required for larger stores
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Skills
Experience
Professional experience in retail and service sectors, with 1–2 years in the luxury goods industry preferred. Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in luxury retail environments is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent qualification; beauty school or cosmetics education preferred.
