Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store and remote selling activities as a personal shopper, welcoming clients and initiating engagement through traffic-stopping techniques
• Identify and understand client needs, proposing personalized product offerings and complementary items across categories using the D.I.O.R. method
• Communicate brand story and educate clients passionately on Dior products and beauty approaches
• Achieve retail sales targets on a monthly basis and contribute to counter key performance indicators
• Develop and maintain durable relationships with existing clients in-store and remotely, engaging new clients through genuine interaction
• Register client data in dedicated CRM systems and leverage Dior Connect and iPOS platforms to drive traffic and loyalty initiatives
• Monitor merchandising guidelines and stock levels; report insufficient inventory and replenish displays as needed
• Operate cash registers, close daily revenues, and execute all assigned operational and administrative tasks
• Maintain positive relationships with retail partners and adhere to Dior grooming and attendance standards

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of professional experience in retail or service industry, preferably in luxury retail environments
• Demonstrated track record of excelling in retail sales results and working within luxury retail settings
• Proficiency with retail and point-of-sale technologies
• Fluency in English and Danish or other Scandinavian languages
