Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Advisor in Changzhou to represent the brand, deliver high-standard in-store and online client experiences, achieve retail sales targets, build client relationships, and manage counter operations. This is a full-time, on-site store position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Christian Dior as a brand ambassador, communicate its values with enthusiasm, embody its attitude, deliver a memorable client experience through high service standards, enhance the brand image, and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct in-store and online sales as an individual sales advisor.
- Apply the brand’s D.I.O.R. method throughout the sales process to meet client needs and deliver a memorable experience.
- Demonstrate strong service standards and attention to detail when engaging with clients at the counter.
- Identify and understand client needs.
- Recommend and demonstrate personalised products, provide polished service, cross-sell within and across categories, and offer clients a comprehensive beauty approach.
- Communicate the brand and its products with enthusiasm.
- Achieve in-store and online retail sales targets and contribute monthly to store-wide KPIs.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand, product categories, and competitors.
- Build lasting relationships with existing clients in-store and remotely.
- Recruit new clients and increase their return visits.
- Register client data in the dedicated system and carry out all CRM and client activities.
- Use Dior content and tools, including sales and daily operational tools, to drive traffic, build client loyalty, and take action.
- Understand and apply sales guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels daily, report issues to the counter manager, and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Monitor shelf stock and display new products when needed, where applicable.
- Operate the cash register and reconcile daily takings, where applicable.
- Carry out assigned business and administrative tasks.
- Strictly comply with all company policies, SOPs, procedures, and employee code requirements.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail and customer service; 1–2 years of luxury-sector experience is preferred.
- A strong performance record in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
- High school education or above, or graduation from an equivalent beauty school.
- Excellent sales skills; luxury-sector experience is preferred.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Fluent Mandarin; English communication skills for larger stores.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships and identify and respond to client needs.
- Results- and action-oriented, energetic, and consistently able to deliver results in challenging environments.
