Role & Responsibilities

• Execute in-store and online sales activities as a personal sales consultant, applying the brand's D.I.O.R. method throughout the customer journey
• Identify and respond to customer needs with attentive listening and observation, recommending personalized products and cross-category items to deliver a comprehensive beauty approach
• Communicate brand and product information with enthusiasm and expertise, demonstrating strong service standards and attention to detail in counter interactions
• Achieve retail sales targets (in-store and online) and contribute to monthly store KPI performance
• Build lasting relationships with existing clients in-store and remotely whilst actively recruiting new customers and increasing repeat visit rates
• Register customer data in dedicated systems and execute all customer relationship management and client-facing activities
• Leverage Dior content and operational tools to drive foot traffic, cultivate customer loyalty, and support sales initiatives
• Monitor inventory levels daily, report issues to the counter manager, ensure adequate stock availability, and display new products as appropriate
• Execute cash register operations and settle daily revenue when required
• Comply strictly with all company procedures, standard operating procedures, processes, and employee conduct regulations

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in retail and service industries, with luxury goods experience preferred
• Demonstrated exceptional performance record in a luxury retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent, or completion of a professional beauty school programme
• Outstanding sales skills and persuasive abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent Mandarin Chinese; English communication abilities preferred for flagship stores
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to build strong client relationships and identify unspoken needs
• Results-driven and action-oriented with consistent achievement in challenging environments
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Adaptability and resilience in the face of setbacks and adversity
• Comfort with technology adoption and learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and presentation standards

Skills

Experience

1–2 years of professional experience in retail and service industries is preferred, with prior experience in luxury goods retail highly valued. Candidates with demonstrated exceptional sales performance in luxury retail environments are prioritized.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent, or completion of a professional beauty school programme.
